Poly Languages Institute continues to grow and expand its offerings, it is seeking a dynamic and experienced ESL Teacher Manager to join the Faculty Support Team. This role is ideal for an education professional passionate about empowering learners and leading a dedicated team of instructors

Position: ESL Teacher Manager Location: Remote Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Philippine Time Job Type: Full-time Salary: Php33,000.00 - Php44,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the academic development and implementation of the ESL curriculum.

Provide guidance and support to a team of dedicated ESL instructors.

Collaborate with school administration to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular evaluations of teachers and classroom activities to maintain high teaching standards.

Develop and deliver professional development programs for faculty members to enhance their teaching skills.

Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum planning and decision-making processes.

Engage with students and address their academic needs and concerns when required.

Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the TESOL field to bring fresh perspectives to the organization.

Ideal Profile:

A Master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) or a related field.

Proven experience in teaching ESL and managing academic programs.

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire a team of instructors.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technological proficiency with the ability to work remotely and utilize online teaching tools effectively.

High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
